Welcome to H&R Services LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“H&R Services LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding agreement between H&R Services LLC and you, our client (“Client” or “you”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” These Terms apply to all servicios de limpieza provided, whether at residential properties or commercial facilities. 1. Booking and Deposits

Confirmation: Online bookings are requests for service. You will receive an email or phone confirmation once a date and time are officially secured. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $70 is required to reserve your appointment. This amount is fully deductible from the final cleaning invoice for both residential and commercial clients.

2. Cleaning Crew Standards

Teams: We typically work in teams of two. We strive to limit technician rotation to ensure consistency while maintaining rigorous cross-training. Vetting: All staff undergo comprehensive background screenings to ensure integrity and accountability in both homes and business environments.

3. Service Access and Safety

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to deny or terminate service due to safety concerns (e.g., weapons, severe clutter, disconnected utilities, or threats). If a cleaning is deemed unreasonable, service may be refused on-site, and a cancellation fee will apply. Pets & Facility Access: For residential clients, indoor pet activity must be limited. For commercial clients, the Client must ensure that the facility is accessible and that all non-cleaning personnel are informed of the scheduled service.

4. Preparation and Add-Ons

Preparation: Fees are based on time spent cleaning. We ask that surfaces be cleared of clutter to allow our team to work efficiently. If you require our team to organize, declutter, or move heavy office/household equipment, please contact the office in advance to adjust your quote. Add-On Services: Available for an extra charge for both sectors, including but not limited to interior windows, appliance detailing, and carpet cleaning.

5. Payments and Billing

Payment Methods: Payments are due on the day of service via check, cash, debit/credit card, or transfer. Commercial Invoicing: Commercial clients may be eligible for alternative billing cycles upon written agreement with H&R Services LLC management. Chargebacks/Disputes: Clients agree to attempt to resolve any billing discrepancies directly with H&R Services LLC before initiating a bank dispute. Any chargeback initiated by the client will incur a $250 administrative fee. Late Payments: Invoices are payable within 48 hours. Past-due balances (30+ days) will accrue 3% interest per month and may be referred to a collection agency. The Client agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Lockouts

Notice: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling for both residential and commercial appointments. Failure to provide notice results in a $70 cancellation fee. Lockouts: If the team is unable to enter the home or office, and contact is not made within 20 minutes of arrival, a $70 lockout fee will be charged.

7. Liability, Insurance, and Damage Policy

Insurance: H&R Services LLC carries general liability insurance and bonds. Proof of insurance is available upon written request for all clients. Damages: We are not liable for normal wear and tear, improper installations, or items not disclosed during the booking process. Reporting: Any breakage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of service.

8. Scheduling Window

Arrival: To maintain efficiency, we schedule between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. We generally arrive within 30 minutes before or 45 minutes after the scheduled time. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you immediately.

9. Promotional Media

Photography: By using our services, you grant H&R Services LLC permission to take "before and after" photographs of work for marketing purposes. Commercial clients may request an opt-out in writing if sensitive business information or proprietary equipment is visible.

10. Operational Policies

Holidays & Weather: We observe major holidays. Services will be canceled or rescheduled if the Clark County School District closes due to inclement weather. Key Release: Keys (or security codes) are stored securely. H&R Services LLC is not liable for theft or damage if the client requests that a key be left in an unsecured location.

11. Non-Solicitation

Agreement: You agree not to solicit or hire any H&R Services LLC technician directly. This applies to both residential households and commercial offices. Unauthorized solicitation undermines our business operations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. Modifications: H&R Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
