2. Linen Management
- Wash, dry, and fold all linens and towels on-site using the property’s washer and dryer.
- Off-site service option: Handle full pickup, transport to the laundromat, professional laundering, and re-delivery of fresh sets if the unit lacks in-house laundry facilities.
3. Bathroom Detailing & Sanitization
- Scrub and disinfect the toilet, shower, glass enclosures, and fixtures, making sure all chrome is wiped free of water spots.
- Wipe down mirrors until completely clear of streaks or cleaner residue.
- Restock toilet paper, hand soap, and guest toiletries precisely to the host's inventory standards.
4. Kitchen Reset & Appliance Care
- Empty the refrigerator entirely, tossing any forgotten food or opened items left by the prior guest.
- Wipe down the inside and outside of the microwave, and clean the coffee maker and stovetop burners.
- Degrease and polish the stovetop, range hood, and main countertops.
- Load, run, and empty the dishwasher (or hand-wash and put away any remaining dishes).
5. High-Touch Disinfection & Dusting
- Sanitize high-contact points including door handles, light switches, remote controls, and handrails.
- Dust and wipe down tables, desks, and nightstands, removing all fingerprints and smudges.
- Vacuum edges, corners, baseboards, and underneath heavy furniture frames.
6. Floor Care
- Sweep and vacuum all hard surfaces and carpets thoroughly, paying close attention to baseboard edges and room corners.

- Snap clear photos of any issues or broken items right away for the host's damage report.
- Check stock levels for essentials like coffee, sugar, and trash bags so shortages can be reported.
8. Final Staging & Quality Walkthrough
- Make the beds neatly, matching the crisp styling shown in the property’s listing photos.
- Fluff and align couch cushions, arrange towels cleanly, and set the blinds or curtains for a welcoming look.
- Final walkthrough: turn off unnecessary lights, set the thermostat to the host's preferred temperature, and lock up securely upon exit.
