Post-Construction Cleaning in Las Vegas

After a renovation or new build, dust and debris end up everywhere, not just on the surfaces you can see. We clean appliances inside and out, cabinets and drawers front to back, and the pantry floor, doors, and shelving. That includes baseboards, countertops, and kitchen islands, plus windows, sills, blinds, and ledges. We also handle light fixtures, ceiling fans, cobwebs, and trash removal.

We clean floors, window tracks, and sliding door rails, along with windows, blinds, and sills throughout the space. Baseboards, stairs, and banisters get the same attention, and we handle fireplaces, doors, and light switches too. Spot treatment and mopping finish the job.

Windows, blinds, doors, and mirrors are cleaned throughout bedrooms. We also cover baseboards, ceiling fans, and closet floors, plus washer/dryer exteriors, filters, counters, and shelving.

We clean the bathtub, shower, tile, and sinks, along with toilets, mirrors, and medicine cabinets. Baseboards, shelves, and ledges are included, as are doors, window blinds, and air vents, finished off with a mop and fresh trash bags.

To make your post-construction cleaning go smoothly: the property needs active water and electricity (if they're off when we arrive, we'll need to reschedule and a $30 fee applies), the space should be free of trash and personal items, and if anything's been left behind, let us know beforehand so we know what to keep or discard. We focus exclusively on interiors — garages, exteriors, and repairs aren't part of this service.

We remove light debris left behind, but heavy waste removal, wall washing, and home repairs fall outside our scope. Carpet and upholstery cleaning is available separately if you need it.
