Move Out Cleaning in Las Vegas

   Leaving a place should be as easy as arriving at the next one. Our move-out cleaning covers every surface your landlord, buyer, or property manager will check — so you walk away with your deposit (and your reputation) intact 

● Kitchen: Appliances, inside and out. Cabinets and drawers, inside and out. Pantry floor, door, and shelving. Baseboards, counters, and the island. Windows, sills, blinds, and ledges. Light fixtures and ceiling fans. Cobwebs cleared, floors mopped, fresh trash bags.

● Living Areas: Floors, vents, and sliding door tracks. Windows, blinds, and sills. Baseboards, stairs, and banisters. Fireplace, doors, and light switches wiped down. Spot treatment and mopping throughout.

● Bedroom & Laundry: Windows, blinds, doors, and mirrors cleaned. Baseboards, ceiling fans, and closet floors included. Washer/dryer exteriors and filters, plus counters and shelving.

● Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, tile, and sinks. Toilets, mirrors, and medicine cabinets. Baseboards, shelves, and ledges. Doors, blinds, and air vents. Floors mopped, fresh trash bags.

● What's Not Included: Moving furniture or belongings. Removal of heavy debris or waste.  Deep carpet cleaning (available as an add-on) 

● Utilities On — The property needs active water and electricity. If we arrive and they're off, we'll need to reschedule, and a $50 fee applies.

● Empty Property — The home should be free of trash and personal belongings, or additional charges may apply.

● Left-Behind Items — If you leave something by accident, let us know before we arrive. If you're intentionally leaving items behind, tell us where they are; otherwise we can't be responsible for anything discarded during the clean.

● Scope — We handle interiors only. We don't clean garages or exteriors, wash walls, or do repairs.
